Paula Marcondes, ACT Training International, conducted two separate training programs for ExxonMobil in the year 2001. The first one targeted a group of staff assistants with focus on enhancing their understanding of business etiquette and essential rules of professional behavior. The second one targeted the human resources team in Singapore with emphasis on customer service.

The feedback from the participants in both sessions was unanimously positive. All benefited from the content of the sessions and enjoyed Paula’s delivery style.
