The trainer was well-versed in the topic and has an unique style of presenting the subtlety of writing and managing e-mails effectively and interestingly. From the participants’ feedback, they have not only learnt the basic rules for writing positive e-mails, they were also made aware of the e-mail traps that could block communication channels and destroy relationships. Participants have also commended both the trainers for their clear explanations and the comprehensive course materials. Games played in class to reinforce learning points were particularly useful.
