A
team can never be successful without alignment of priorities
and an understanding of its strengths and weaknesses. Which
of the many functions your team performs are successful? Which
of the functions need to be improved? Where should the team
be focusing their energy now?
Using PROJECTIVITY, a colorful board game from TMS,
this programme helps teams to analyze how they are performing,
align priorities and develop specific action plans to address
areas of poor performance and to increase productivity (Half-day
to 1 day. Retreat).
